Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools: 5S, Standard Work, Value Stream Mapping, 3P, Daily Management, Visual Controls.
• Experience designing and improving processes on the shop floor.
• Proficient data analysis and engineering tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and test process improvements using Lean tools.
• Lead trystorming sessions on the shop floor to prototype ideas.
• Apply engineering techniques to improve flow, reduce waste, and boost productivity.
• Develop data-driven solutions and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement production systems.
• Mentor others in Lean thinking and DBS tools.
