Job summary

Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead Kaizens, drive process improvements, and support manufacturing streams in Logan, Utah. You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, and DOE to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in a regulated environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Maintenance, and EHS to ensure compliant, reliable manufacturing processes and continuous improvement across the value stream.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Mechanical/ Manufacturing/ Chemical/ Industrial) or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering experience in automated manufacturing or regulated environments.
• Experience leading process improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies.
• Experience with data-driven decision making and DOE for optimization.
• Experience supporting equipment qualifications and change control in regulated systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kaizens and continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve equipment reliability.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support for a manufacturing value stream addressing safety, quality, delivery, capacity, and cost.
• Plan and execute projects including upgrades, studies, new product introductions, and capital installations from concept to IQ/OQ.
• Drive problem solving and CAPA using Lean tools and data analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance and EHS to ensure compliance and performance.
