Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 3 years of experience in manufacturing, shop-floor troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Experience with Lean Sigma tools (A3, PFMEA, SMED, 5S, Kanban) and root cause analysis.
• Strong communication skills with operators, managers, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive process excellence and reliability across manufacturing operations.
• Lead troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage capital projects and equipment upgrades.
• Develop and sustain SOPs and process documentation.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety and Quality teams to ensure ISO compliance.
