Job summary

Conn Selmer, Inc. is seeking a Process Engineer to support manufacturing cost reduction while increasing productivity. You will implement optimized processes, develop tooling, and drive Lean improvements on the shop floor.

Responsibilities include evaluating operations, analyzing capacity, and collaborating with Quality to sustain improvements. The role requires hands-on engineering with a focus on cost competitiveness and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year Engineering degree (mechanical or industrial) or 8 years of engineering experience as a process/manufacturing engineer.
• Experience in LEAN and Six Sigma techniques and practices is essential.
• SolidWorks experience and tooling design experience are required.
• ERP experience with Dynamics-365 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Determine operations required to procedure products and develop processes to meet quality, cost and efficiency.
• Analyze production processes, procedures, tooling and equipment for capacity and performance.
• Develop and implement LEAN work cells and material flow.
• Actively participate in Kaizen support efforts.
• Process improvements that realize cost savings and improve OEE.
• Provide expertise in machining, material flow and process flow.
