Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline required.
• Experience with software implementation or systems integration preferred.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and industrial equipment is a plus.
• A detail‑oriented problem solver who analyzes data to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean systems and continuous improvement initiatives focused on improving production and operational efficiency
• Monitor manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements
• Analyze data to develop and update standard operating procedures and guidelines
• Perform systems analysis to define problems, evaluate solutions, and recommend improvements to policies and processes
• Design, document, and implement technical and system-based solutions, including diagrams, flowcharts, and system layouts
• Assist with the evaluation, implementation, and support of third-Party software solutions related to operational improvements
• Train and support users on new systems and tools as part of continuous improvement efforts
• Develop reporting and outputs to support company KPIs and operational performance tracking
• Help design and implement KPI and OEE monitoring systems to improve site performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Engineering, IT, and leadership
• Maintain confidentiality and contribute to accurate reporting and communication of system performance and improvements
