MacDermid Alpha Electronics Solutions, a segment of Element Solutions Inc, is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize operations under the Engineering Manager. You will focus on SPC, yield improvements, and cost reductions across key manufacturing steps.

Role requires strong chemical engineering background, hands-on process knowledge, and the ability to drive improvements from pilot to full-scale production. Fremont, CA-based role with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering required, with relevant process experience.
• 5–8 years in process engineering preferred.
• Over 3 years in chemical synthesis, preferably in batch operation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor SPC activities for critical processes and ensure quality metrics.
• Daily production monitoring for quality, cycle time, EHS compliance, and adherence to work practices.
• Identify root causes for out-of-control products and drive corrective actions.
