Qualified Recruiter, LLC in Chambersburg, PA is seeking a Process Engineer to optimize production through Lean, SPC, and Six Sigma methodologies. You will collaborate with vendors, customers, and plant staff to design or improve scheduling, capacity planning, and equipment implementation.

Candidates should have CAD/3D skills (SolidWorks or AutoCAD), 1+ year in manufacturing, and familiarity with ERP systems and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong CAD/3D modeling skills required.
• 1+ years in a similar role within the manufacturing industry; steel experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14000 and IATF 16949.

Responsibilities

• Determine cost-effective production methods using Lean Manufacturing, SPC or Six Sigma to improve productivity and quality.
• Collaborate with vendors, customers and employees to design or improve scheduling, capacity planning, production speed and project equipment implementation.
• Create SOPs and Work Instructions.
