Job summary

Carlisle Construction Materials is seeking a Process Engineer to develop, analyze and implement new or modified process technologies, products, equipment and systems under the guidance of the Plant Manager.

You will lead Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma projects, evaluate modifications to existing products on current equipment, generate technical reports, and collaborate with multiple departments to drive defect reduction, waste control and continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering (Chemical preferred) or equivalent.
• 3+ years in process/technical specialist roles in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate new or modified products and processes in manufacturing.
• Generate documentation, technical reports and experimental designs.
• Lead continuous process improvement using SPC, Lean and Six Sigma.
• Provide technical assistance to manufacturing and QA, and mentor technicians.
