Schneider Electric is seeking a Lean Process Engineer to drive SPS readiness actions as sites upgrade to the latest SAP version within the Engineer to Order environment. You’ll partner with plant teams to translate business needs into actionable steps and support data quality, material flow, and warehouse design improvements.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, change management, and collaboration across functions to ensure a successful ERP transition.

Are you energized by analyzing data, digging into processes, and working with diverse teams to deliver results? We are seeking a dedicated Lean Process Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will ensure a successful transformation for Engineer to Order (ETO) plants, specifically within SPS Readiness Actions, as they transition from legacy systems to the latest version of SAP. You will work closely with plants, project teams, and other resources to ensure readiness actions are completed before the new ERP implementation/upgrade.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 86,400 - USD 129,600 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
