Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Automotive lean manufacturing background preferred.
• Intermediate Excel skills; advanced preferred.
• Power BI knowledge and data interpretation ability.
• Strong problem-solving skills and PDCA experience.
• Time study experience and methodical approach.
• Knowledge of plastic manufacturing: injection, paint, assembly.
• Team leadership and disciplined, self-driven work style.

Responsibilities

• Provide continuous improvement support to all departments on the shop floor.
• Capture, update files, upload data to portal, and prepare presentations.
• Evaluate operational standards and drive PDCA cycles.
• Coordinate 5S audits, backups, and training; maintain documentation.
• Apply structured problem-solving techniques on the shop floor.
