Job summary

AAF International is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a multi-functional team, ensuring production goals are met while promoting safety and environmental compliance. You will drive a world-class Lean manufacturing environment and oversee production, quality, safety, and maintenance.

Experience in manufacturing leadership, Lean implementation, and a strong track record in cost control is essential. Travel may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Engineering or technical degree required with strong leadership experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification or equivalent preferred.
• 7–10 years’ plant/general management in manufacturing or re-manufacturing.
• Experience with high standards in quality, safety, and product performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day plant operations including production, quality, safety and maintenance.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and continuous improvement across the plant.
• Manage budgeting, capital projects, and cost control to meet financial targets.
• Develop and mentor staff; foster a safety-first, compliant culture.
