Job summary

Multi-Color Corporation (MCC) is seeking an Operations Manager for our Winona, MN site. This role leads overall production operations to deliver safety, quality, on-time delivery, and cost efficiency.

You will build strong teams, drive Lean improvements, and coordinate staffing to meet changing priorities. The ideal candidate has an engineering or related degree and at least 7 years of operations/Lean leadership experience, with excellence in communication and problem solving.

• Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Directs activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets.
• Drives safety improvements and enforces behavior-based safety initiatives.
• Executes quality control plans and reduces process variation.
• Assesses on-time delivery and takes actions to sustain high performance.
• Manages staffing, labor, overtime, and expenditures efficiently.
• Reviews production reports to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Leads kaizen activities and Lean deployments to improve productivity.
• Supports capital projects and cost-reduction initiatives.
