Job summary

You will lead a team of 20 to 40 associates to ensure safe production and timely order fulfillment while meeting productivity targets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and high, precarious places.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform frequent repetitive motions.
