Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Lean/Operations professional in Atlanta to lead end‑to‑end improvement initiatives within a global matrix. You will drive process standardization, cross‑functional alignment, and structured problem solving to boost productivity and quality with data‑driven decisions.

The role emphasizes proactive leadership across multiple workstreams, leveraging Lean tools, daily management, and Kaizen facilitation to deliver measurable impact and ongoing capability building.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or commercial area or equivalent experience.
• Significant experience delivering end‑to‑end improvement initiatives in OTR, Project Management, or Operations environments.
• Proven track record of driving measurable impact across productivity, cycle time, and quality outcomes.
• Strong hands‑on application of Lean tools, including Kaizen facilitation, daily management, root‑cause analysis, and standard work.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional execution in a matrixed, global organization, including influencing and challenging stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong analytical approach with the ability to translate data into actions and track performance against S‑Q‑D‑C+ metrics and KPIs.
• Proven experience managing multiple workstreams simultaneously with full ownership of delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive Lean Execution: Own the delivery of assigned Lean initiatives end-to-end—managing milestones, risks, and dependencies, and track progress against KPIs to ensure measurable impact.
• Enable Cross‑Functional Alignment: Coordinate with Project Management, Poles Operations, Global Operations, and other stakeholders to align Lean priorities and resolve bottlenecks.
• Lead Kaizen & Structured Problem Solving: Facilitate Kaizen events and problem‑solving sessions to eliminate waste and reduce cycle time using standard Lean tools.
• Standardize & Build Capability: Develop standard work, templates, and Lean playbooks; coach teams to embed daily management and structured problem solving.
• Accelerate AI‑Enabled Transformation: Identify and deploy AI‑enabled solutions to speed Lean initiatives and improve productivity.
