Job summary

Nackard Pepsi is seeking an Operational Excellence Leader to drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives across our distribution network in Northern Arizona. The role leads continuous improvement programs spanning warehouse operations, delivery, inventory management, safety, and financial performance.

The incumbent partners with Warehouse Operations, Delivery, Supply Chain, and IT to standardize processes, reduce waste, and foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3–5 years of operations OPEX experience.
• 3+ years leading warehouse, logistics, or supply chain projects.
• Experience with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Beverage, food service, CPG, or wholesale distribution experience preferred.
• Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and PMP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company's Operational Excellence strategy.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, Standard Work, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement sustainable improvements.
• Standardize procedures across warehouse and delivery operations.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and improvement workshops.
• Develop governance for process improvements and best practices.
• Promote safety, accountability, and employee engagement.
• Partner with Warehouse, Delivery, Supply Chain, and IT to standardize processes.
• Provide operational excellence leadership across all warehouse functions.
