Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Manufacturing Technician – Lean Material Flow in El Paso, TX, to support and improve material flow in warehouse and production areas, applying Lean principles to deliver materials safely and on time while reducing waste.

The role focuses on Kanban systems, POU standards, and 5S, with duties including process documentation and kaizen participation. Travel may be required; substantial safety compliance is expected.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience in engineering support or technical roles.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now and in the future.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Material Flow initiatives in warehouse and production areas.
• Develop and maintain Point of Use material presentation standards.
• Design and improve kit carts, flow racks, supermarkets, and material storage solutions.
• Implement Kanban, Two-Bin systems, FIFO controls, and replenishment processes.
• Train operators on new material flow processes and visual controls.
