Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN is seeking a Factory Supply Chain Tech (Materials) to ensure timely material delivery to production lines and support daily warehouse operations. The role bridges planning, material flow, and inventory accuracy while driving continuous improvement in line with Lean principles.

You will coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, Supply Chain and Warehouse teams, and contribute to KPI tracking and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in materials management, warehouse operations, logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory control.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material availability to ensure uninterrupted flow to production lines by coordinating picking, staging, delivery and line-side replenishment.
• Support daily warehouse operations including picking, kitting, staging, inventory movement, and line feeding with high accuracy.
• Monitor and maintain inventory record accuracy through system transactions, cycle counts, discrepancy investigations, and reconciliations.
• Proactively identify and resolve material shortages and supply risks to prevent disruptions.
• Support execution of daily material plans aligned with production schedules to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Track, analyze and report key metrics such as line shortages, on-time delivery, picking accuracy, and inventory accuracy; support root cause analysis.
• Lead and support Lean Manufacturing, 5S and process improvements to enhance material flow and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and material standards, including PIV inspections.
