Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; master's preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in material flow, logistics, or industrial engineering in automotive or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, simulation tools, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to succeed in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
