Job summary

Lockheed Martin in Texas seeks a Manufacturing Support Team Member Associate to drive process improvements and support production operations using lean manufacturing principles.

You will assist with performance management tasks, support development assemblies, lead discussions with customers, and present status across teams while thinking cross-functionally.

This role may start at 5 AM and requires the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; all work is on-site in Lufkin, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year production operations leadership experience.
• Experience with process improvements.
• Knowledge of production processes.
• Prior leadership in manufacturing.
• Ability to obtain Secret clearance.
• Willingness for a 5 AM shift start.
• Ability to think independently and present solutions.
