The ideal candidate has 3+ years in manufacturing or a STEM degree with 1 year of experience and can read technical docs. Strong communication and prioritization skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a manufacturing environment or a STEM degree with 1 year of experience.
• Ability to review technical documentation including drawings and work instructions.
• Willingness to work Thursday through Sunday shift and support production.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and support production on the shift.
• Review defective hardware and perform root cause/corrective action analysis.
• Collaborate across machining, assembly, coatings and sheet metal functions.
• Manage varying priorities and projects in a manufacturing setting.
