Job summary

Lockheed Martin is seeking a Manufacturing Associate Manager for the Production Operations Team in Grand Prairie, TX. The role leads supervisors and technicians to deliver high-quality products while driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets, recruiting and developing staff, and managing performance. A Secret clearance may be required for the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Previous leadership experience.
• Ability to obtain US Government-issued Secret Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead supervisors, support staff, and manufacturing technicians to meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule goals.
• Recruit, select, train, and develop team members.
• Manage performance assessments, assignments, cross-training, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, planning, maintenance, and EH&S to drive continuous improvement and meet customer requirements.
