Shearer's Foods in Fort Worth, TX is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead plant floor teams and drive safety, quality, customer service, productivity, and continuous improvement on a 3.2.2 night shift (6:15 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.).

This role provides clear leadership, coaching, and accountability for hourly staff, uses metrics to improve processes, ensures compliance with regulations, and coordinates with other supervisors to plan schedules and sustain a high‑performing operation.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• 2-5 years in production management or supervision.
• Strong leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct employees and plant floor activities to achieve a consistent and high-quality product.
• Enforce safety and sanitation rules and principles to maintain a safe workplace and compliant operations.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State and Company regulatory requirements.
• Maintain positive employee relations, including training of hourly personnel.
• Track performance and attendance to meet metrics and resolve issues promptly.
• Use metrics to evaluate and improve processes and document line-related systems.
