U.S. Tsubaki Automotive, LLC is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead union-represented production teams across multiple departments. You will direct daily manufacturing and assembly activities for timing chain system components, coach staff, and drive safety, quality, and productivity improvements.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage schedules, inventory, and budgeting in a fast-paced automotive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required.
• 3–7 years of supervisory or production leadership experience.
• Ability to present information to all levels of the organization.
• Ability to communicate and handle difficult situations per policy.

Responsabilités

• Direct and coordinate daily production activities for assigned departments.
• Coach and supervise employees to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
• Monitor material flow and inventory accuracy within the department.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans for equipment and processes.
• Manage budgeting for the department and control costs.
• Coordinate with EHS, Planning, Engineering, and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with union contracts and company policies.
• Make decisions on production schedules and staffing to meet delivery targets.
