Job summary

Swagelok in Solon, OH is seeking a site manufacturing leader on the 3rd shift. You will provide direction to manufacturing activities to meet safety, cost, quality, and delivery goals, while guiding resources and associates to operate cost-effectively and maintain quality.

Responsibilities include implementing LDMS cadence, leading continuous improvement, staffing planning, and ensuring policy adherence. This role requires strong leadership, problem solving, and commitment to Swagelok values.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office and MRP systems.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Manufacturing experience (CNC, Conventional & Auxiliary equipment) preferred.
• Previous formal leadership roles or experiences preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drives Lean Daily Management System (LDMS) Cadence to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish metrics and goals that are visible and understood.
• Execute based on metrics daily/weekly/monthly; manage escalation and problem solving.
• Develop staffing/scheduling plans using capacity/load targets.
• Coordinate with boundary teams and hold associates accountable.
• Lead by example and enforce company policies and procedures.
• Drive culture of quality and continuous improvement through Kaizen events.
