Qualifications

• High School Diploma and basic computer skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office; experience with MRP systems and data reporting.
• Bachelor's degree and manufacturing leadership experience preferred.
• Manufacturing experience (CNC, conventional equipment) or similar leadership roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive LDMS cadence to achieve operational excellence.
• Establish metrics & goals that are visible and understood.
• Execute by metrics and manage escalation and problem solving.
• Develop staffing/scheduling plans and align with daily/weekly/monthly cadence.
• Lead boundary team alignment between operations and support functions.
• Mentor and develop associates; manage performance per HR policies.
