Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong practical knowledge in manufacturing and operations.
• Experience applying Lean/Six Sigma and change management to drive results.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and shop-floor teams to transfer concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Coach and partner with IC Team Leads to build a sustainable lean manufacturing culture.
• Develop and execute performance-improvement plans aligned to site priorities.
• Standardize processes, materials and information across value streams.
• Coordinate governance for metrics, portfolio and gemba activities.
• Apply Continuous Improvement skills through the Company Production System.
