Job summary

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field.
• Engineering background in metallurgy, industrial, or mechanical disciplines is preferred.
• Professional certifications are beneficial but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach manufacturing teams to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across plant operations.
• Collaborate with engineers on equipment, procedures and cost controls.
• Develop staffing plans and overtime decisions to optimize productivity.
• Maintain performance metrics and drive cost reductions and efficiency.
