Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations or Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in manufacturing operations with leadership experience.
• Experience determining operational processes in metal fabrication and lean manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize operations and manufacturing support functions to meet quality, output, safety, and delivery targets within budget.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive Kaizen activities to reduce costs.
• Develop capacity plans and ensure production plans align with budgeted performance.
• Hire, train, coach, and motivate supervisory staff and hold them accountable for key metrics.
• Drive safety and quality processes with proactive problem solving and KPI tracking.
• Plan labor and drive cost reduction to meet efficiency and on-time shipment goals.
