Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a seasoned manufacturing improvement leader to drive lean initiatives and capital projects across Mountain West sites, including travel between AZ, UT and ID. You will collaborate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain and EHS to boost profitability, throughput and quality.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in manufacturing with lean expertise, strong Excel/AutoCAD/ERP PM skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a

Qualifications

3+ years of manufacturing experience (ideally precast).
Deep knowledge of lean manufacturing to support continuous production operations.
Quality control/maintenance experience in manufacturing.
Track record of delivering lean improvements with measurable impact.
Proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, AutoCAD and ERP/MRP systems; strong PM skills.

Responsibilities

Guide lean process improvements and capital projects across Mountain West locations.
Identify opportunities to boost profitability, throughput and quality.
Provide training and mentoring to plant teams on lean tools (kaizen, 5S).
Lead the change management process for manufacturing improvements.
Coordinate with operations, engineering, safety and quality to implement initiatives.
