• 5+ years’ experience with data collection, interpretation and problem solving.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing a union-represented workforce.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe culture and environment in PAC-3 Seeker Factory operations.
• Manage employees and first-level managers across multiple manufacturing disciplines.
• Drive continuous improvement, standard work, and best practices in Production System.
