Job summary

Woodbridge is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee line operations in a fast-paced moulded foam environment. You will lead safety, quality, and productivity initiatives while coaching a diverse team and coordinating with maintenance and quality departments.

The role emphasizes Lean tools, continuous improvement, and OEE optimization, with a focus on delivering on-time production and sustaining a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or business preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong supervisory Accomplishments and leadership abilities.
• English speaking, reading and writing skills required.

Responsibilities

• Promote and ensure Health, Safety & Environment practices are followed.
• Ensure customer quality standards are met and issues addressed promptly.
• Meet daily production demands while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Manage workforce including training, coaching and discipline.
• Monitor day-to-day product and process concerns and ensure on-time delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to solve problems and improve processes.
