Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years manufacturing leadership experience required.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

• Creates a plan for safety improvements and fosters a safety culture.
• Oversees molding and melting departments and ensures productivity.
• Drives continuous improvement with Lean tools and A3/PDCA problem solving.
• Leads team development, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensures adherence to Weir processes and cost optimization.
• Meets production schedules while maintaining quality standards.
• Contributes to quality systems, procedures, and practices.
