Responsibilities

• Engage in projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency.
• Work closely with teams in operations, engineering, administration, marketing, and sales to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the manufacturing environment.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
• Participate in Kaizen events and lean workshops to drive positive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across teams.
