Job summary

Dover Corporation in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Specialist to lead Lean manufacturing initiatives aimed at enhancing safety, productivity, and quality in the manufacturing plant. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of continuous improvement experience and a solid grounding in a manufacturing setting.

You will be responsible for coordinating improvement projects with engineering, conducting data analyses, and facilitating kaizen events while supporting training for employees in Lean methodologies. A comprehensive benefits package is offered, including health insurance and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years continuous improvement experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Six Sigma Green Belt or higher certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lean manufacturing efforts to manage safety, productivity, and quality.
• Coordinate with Engineering on improvement projects.
• Analyze manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Facilitate kaizen events for continuous improvement goals.
• Investigate issues related to performance KPIs.
• Support day-to-day performance goals.
