BEPC Inc., a leading consulting firm, seeks a Lean Manufacturing Engineer to support our client’s site in San Angelo, TX. This contract role focuses on Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement to enhance processes, efficiency and operational performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience and must be 100% onsite in San Angelo, TX. Pay rate is $35.00–$40.00 per hour, approximately 3 months, with weekly pay.

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing methodologies and practices.

Responsibilities

• Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations.
• Review current manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Assist with identifying and reducing waste and non-value-added activities within production processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams on process improvement activities.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of Lean improvement actions.
• Assist with documenting process improvements and monitoring results.
• Provide onsite support for Lean manufacturing projects and operational improvement efforts.
