The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field with 3–5 years of relevant experience and must be 100% onsite in San Angelo, TX. Pay rate is $35.00–$40.00 per hour, approximately 3 months, with weekly pay.

• Assist with identifying and reducing waste and non-value-added activities within production processes.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and cross-functional teams on process improvement activities.
• Support the implementation and follow-up of Lean improvement actions.
• Assist with documenting process improvements and monitoring results.
• Provide onsite support for Lean manufacturing projects and operational improvement efforts.
