Responsibilities

• Partner with Lifecycle Program Managers to identify bottlenecks and develop Lean solutions to streamline product lifecycle workflows.
• Formalize Standard Work and process documentation for consistency across programs.
• Optimize cross-functional communication by creating standardized workflows between engineering and commercial teams.
• Analyze lifecycle program data to identify opportunities for cycle-time reduction and alignment with product strategy.
