Job summary
A leading HVAC company located in Oklahoma City seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement lean manufacturing practices within its production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in successful lean transformation projects. Responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications
Minimum 5-year record of successful lean transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and overall computer skills.
Ability to read and evaluate mechanical drawings and technical specifications.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement best practices for manufacturing HVAC coils and assembly processes.
Collaborate with Design Engineering to introduce new products.
Foster continuous improvement and lean culture throughout the organization.
Conduct training and understanding of Nortek Production Systems.
