Job summary

A leading HVAC company located in Oklahoma City seeks a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and implement lean manufacturing practices within its production facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of experience in successful lean transformation projects. Responsibilities include optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting new product introductions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Qualifications

• Minimum 5-year record of successful lean transformation projects in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mathematical, analytical, and overall computer skills.
• Ability to read and evaluate mechanical drawings and technical specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practices for manufacturing HVAC coils and assembly processes.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering to introduce new products.
• Manage projects involving relocating existing equipment.
• Foster continuous improvement and lean culture throughout the organization.
• Conduct training and understanding of Nortek Production Systems.
