Job summary

Electrolux is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to lead process improvement initiatives in Springfield, TN. You will design efficient production systems and implement lean practices for operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of bills of materials (BOMs), labor standards, and production routing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of waste elimination initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process improvement and operational excellence.
• Conduct new product review for manufacturability improvements.
• Implement lean manufacturing operations with 5S, Poke Yoke, and Kaizen.
