Job summary

Electrolux Group in Springfield, TN, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor to lead an assigned team, drive daily continuous improvements, and achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Customer Delivery goals. You will guide team development via skills matrices and coaching to strengthen performance.

The role emphasizes line leadership, time studies, and problem solving, while supporting autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives within a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Experience reading and interpreting documents/drawings; ability to write detailed reports.
• Strong in process improvement methodologies and root cause analysis.
• Experience with Material Flow, Welding, Enamel Stamping or Robotics preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; knowledge of ERP, Time and Attendance, and OEE systems.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Owns and develops JDS and Skills matrix and creates a positive work environment, fostering open communication and dialogue.
• Ensures effective performance evaluations, appropriate counseling measures and accurate and timely timecard inputs.
• Supports the Electrolux Management System and implements continuous improvement processes and cost savings.
• Leads line balancing, time studies, SMED, problem solving and ensures labor map adherence.
• Supports autonomous maintenance and environmental initiatives.
