Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial/ Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering required.
• Minimum 2 years’ related experience in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering.
• LEAN Manufacturing and Six Sigma training preferred.
• Cable assembly manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop equipment specifications, performance requirements, and cost analyses for integrating machinery into manufacturing processes.
• Transition products from development to production, ensuring cycle times, quality, and costs meet expectations.
• Develop manufacturing processes for new products and validate with pilot runs.
• Provide engineering assistance to production to solve process-related issues.
• Lead lean initiatives, kaizen events, and improve overall lean transformation.
