Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to lead lean manufacturing improvements, capital projects, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple regional plants. The role requires heavy travel (75-90%) among North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, and New York, and close collaboration with Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and EHS teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in precast.
• Strong lean manufacturing expertise and a track record of continuous production improvements.
• Experience with quality control/maintenance in a manufacturing setting.
• Proven ability to lead multiple complex projects in a matrix environment.
• Proficiency with Excel/Word/PowerPoint and CAD/ERP tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate and improve production methods using lean tools.
• Identify opportunities for significant regional improvements with operations/sales teams.
• Provide training and mentoring to plant-level teams on lean practices.
• Drive process changes through hands-on communication with plant teams.
• Optimize plant layout and flow to reduce inefficiencies and costs.
• Lead capital project scoping, ROI analysis and business case development.
