Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for the 3rd shift (Mon–Thu, 9:00pm–7:00am) at our Rockford, IL site. Responsible for developing cost-effective lean maintenance processes, staff oversight, and ensuring equipment reliability and safe working conditions.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive OEE improvements, and ensure compliance with PCI, cGMP, and GCP policies. The role may require overtime and weekend work; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Formal Technical Training and/or 3-5 years related experience.
• College Level Mathematical Skills.
• Advanced Computer Skills: perform complex tasks and operate various programs.
• Full Professional Proficiency: fluency in speaking, reading and writing for professional needs.
• Very High Reasoning: define problems, analyze data, and draw conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement policies to achieve strategic operating goals.
• Ensure safe working environment and necessary training per regulations.
• Maintain and administer a skilled staff for equipment and facilities.
• Assure production equipment meets specifications and tolerances.
• Strive for 90% on-time completion of maintenance work orders.
• Monitor and improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
• Lead cross-functional teams with PM, Planning, Engineering and Production.
• Participate in problem-definitions and countermeasures for line performance.
