Job summary

• Five or more years of progressive experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and methodologies.
• Experience with material handling, warehouse equipment and storage techniques.
• Experience delivering on-time raw material deliveries from off-site warehouses.
• Experience with SAP and automotive industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Improve flow of parts to achieve better cycle times and reduced costs.
• Approve and maintain PFEP data in database and ERP system.
• Establish, maintain and communicate material flow specifications.
• Investigate material flow issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure material flow to production and external supply chain.
