The Flight Deck Lean Leader plays an integral role in executing the Company’s priorities and lean transformation. The Flight Deck Leader is a project manager, liaison, lean technician, and lean coach responsible for implementing the company's highest priorities. This role requires a toolbox of project management, lean, and facilitation skills to foster a culture of action and continuous improvement. "Flight Deck" refers to our Lean process for GE Aerospace and ERAC.

This role can be based in the office or remote, within the US only.
The base pay range is $113,200 to $151,000 USD annually, influenced by experience, education, and skills. The role is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and commissions.
