The Flight Deck Lean Leader plays an integral role in executing the Company’s priorities and lean transformation. This role functions as a project manager, liaison, lean technician, and lean coach, focusing on the company's highest priorities. The position requires a toolbox of project management, lean, and facilitation skills to foster a culture of action and continuous improvement. "Flight Deck" refers to our Lean process at GE Aerospace and ERAC.

This role can be in-office or remote, US only.
The base pay range is $113,200 - $151,000 annually, influenced by experience, education, and skills. The position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus or commission.
