Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Lean Specialist to support the adoption of Lean and Last Planner System on Cleveland-area projects. The role reports to the General Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Lean Manager, Lean Manager, Project Manager or Project Executive, and involves collaborating with project teams to implement Lean roadmaps and visual management on-site in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree plus minimum two years of related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Travel required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and follow Lean Roadmap to achieve project goals.
• Work daily with teams using the Last Planner System (LPS).
• Coach and implement Lean improvements with Regional Lean Manager.
• Set up Visual Management and 5S on projects.
• Develop project-specific implementation strategies for lean and LPS.
• Conduct regular project reviews to track status and goals.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
