Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with Lean/6S practices and successful implementation.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Promote a culture of safety within Kiln and Packaging and lead safety improvements.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate departmental activities to fulfill production orders.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to reduce costs and waste.
• Develop and manage annual operating budgets for the department.
• Collaborate with maintenance, inventory, quality, and customer service teams.
