Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate department activities to meet production orders and inventory needs.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to reduce costs and waste.
• Develop and manage annual operating budget for the department.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, inventory, QA, and customer service.
• Drive a high-performing team culture and staffing development.
