Zusammenfassung

SEARHC is seeking an Inventory Management professional to maintain PAR inventory control within the Lawson MSCM system for Wrangell Medical Center and surrounding clinics.

The role requires lifting up to 500 pounds, long hours with OT 8/40 shifts, and up to 25% travel. Four years of purchasing or inventory control experience and ERP knowledge preferred to optimize inventory turns and supply availability.

Qualifikationen

• Combination of related education and work experience in Purchasing and Inventory Control Systems.
• Experience in hospital inventory or ERP systems is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintains PAR inventory control processes and aligns supply needs with inventory financial targets.
• Manages PAR inventory levels, min/max, and reorder points.
• Performs physical inventories and cycle counts; prepares valuation reporting.
• Optimizes inventory levels for warehouse stock and PAR items.
• Monitors daily metrics and reports variances to management.
• Coordinates with clinical staff on backorders and substitutes.
• Runs reports to identify out-of-stock PAR items daily.
• Implements LEAN principles to reduce waste and improve cycle time.
• Assists in eliminating non-value-added steps in receiving, storage, replenishment, picking, packing, and shipping.
